The presence of music is all over. Stream your favorite music at the pool area or at the dining area, the living room and the master bedroom or just find us on Spotify and select one of the many playlists we prepared.
Monotone colors and tailor made artworks create an atmosphere of calm and peace. Natural stone walls run seamless from outside to inside to introduce a feeling of proximity to the natural beauty of the Cretan landscape into the villa.

The biggest asset of our holiday residence is certainly its breathtaking views that surround the plot and the villa. Our villa is located on an hill top (285m above sea level) and offers panoramic views on the White Mountain chain to the West and to the North you are overlooking the valleys below and the Aegean sea and Souda bay. Our villa is orientated to enjoy these amazing views as much as possible.
Many especially designed sitting corners and lounge places. From each of the 11 terraces and balconies with their amazing own view you are able to have some privacy to relax and enjoy.
Wheelchair friendly : as stairs are not working for our guests, just take the elevator.
Villa Maquis located perfectly for day trips, only 1,2km from VAMOS center and 10 min from nearby beaches, original villages, typical local restaurants offering Cretan specialties but still 30' from the cities Chania and Rethymnon and 45' to the airport.

Villa Maquis is not really a rental villa, as we live there ourselves half of the year, we have foreseen all modern luxury and high quality furniture and accessories.
