Jazz in July festival in Vamos on Crete
During the month of July, VAMOS transforms to a "cultural centre". The yearly JAZZ-festival is organized over several weeks with multiple performances on open stages in different locations in the village. These attract many locals and tourist.
Don't forget to take the opportunity to tast the local wines and foods that are sold on the street.
During July and August many activities happen in the area around VAMOS, take a look on
and don't forget to pay a visit to the local "music cafe" in the old town of VAMOS ( only access on foot), you can also enjoy some local meals.
